Home Improvements and Renovations

Home owners are required to submit plans for approval to the Architectural and Rules Committee for all exterior improvements that exceed $750. The goal is to ensure that choices are in harmony with the overall appearance of the neighborhood.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is the owners meeting held?

The Annual Owners Meeting is held in November each year and provides a forum for the review and discussion of the Association's business and the election of Directors.

When are the assessments due?

Annual assessments are due by February 28. After that late charges will apply. Please see the owner handbook for details.
