Here you'll find a place for neighborhood announcements on events, community happening, a casual forum to inquire about recommendations from your neighbors on vendors and contractors, neighborly alerts, and more.
Each year the Social Events Chair plans and makes arrangements for wonderful social events for families and adults. Some of these include Easter Egg hung, Halloween parade and party, Neighborhood Food Truck, Block Party, and the annual Garage Sale weekend. Your participation and suggestions for neighborhood events are encouraged. These events will be announced via a flyer in homeowners usps mailbox, email on file, and thru social media on the Facebook page at: Royal Fox Association 1 and also Royal Fox Neighborhood group.

No fences shall be allowed except: (a) To enclose an in-ground swimming pool in accordance with applicable governmental codes and ordinances. (b) To enclose a patio located at the rear of a Dwelling for privacy purposes.
The Annual Homeowners Meeting is typically held in the month of November. For the last several years it has been hosted at the Royal Fox Country Club. A formal invitation including a meeting agenda and voting proxy will be mailed out to all homeowners approximately 30 days prior to the meeting. This annual meeting provides an opportunity to meet your neighbors, enjoy great food, receive an overview of the year including financials, and vote on new and current board members.
Annual assessments are due by February 28. After that late charges will apply. Please see the owner handbook for details.
