Mailbox: Order your Mailbox

The Royal Fox Homeowner’s Association coordinates the ordering of our custom
mailboxes and are the only approved mailbox to be used in Royal Fox Association neighborhood. As of December 2025 the original mailboxes installed at the inception of the subdivision are no longer being made. The HOA is in the final stages of selecting a new vendor and refresh of the design (tho it will be similar and still include the original Royal Fox logo) and upgraded materials of the mailbox.

Please pause making a payment for your new mailbox until the board has solidified the new vendor and confirmed the design refresh. We anticipate having the new mailboxes available in the new 2026 year.

If your mailbox does not comply with the approved design or needs replacement, please complete the information below. All Mail boxes must be the approved mailbox used in Royal Fox Association. Post cannot be a metal pole. It must be Wood post or architectural in design.

After submitting the form below, there are two options of paying the $150 mailbox fee:

1) pay via Zelle using your bank's app on your mobile phone or your bank's web site via a web browser. Your bank needs to participate with Zelle for you to use this payment option.

Use the email address 'gaseous1 at gmail.com' (at = @) to send the $150 mailbox payment. Please add a note to identify that you are purchasing a mailbox.

Before confirming a payment using Zelle, you are given the name of the entity receiving your payment … that should be ‘Royal Fox Homeowner Association 1’ or similar. If you don’t get that confirmation, then don’t complete the transaction.

2) Drop off a check for $150 made out to "Royal Fox Homeowners Association I" to the following address:
